These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "Player," or "User") and arenaliveph ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at arenaliveph.one. arenaliveph operates under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:
2.1 These Terms take effect from the moment you register an arenaliveph Account or first access the Platform, whichever occurs earlier. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the arenaliveph Platform.
2.2 arenaliveph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be notified via the Platform and/or by email to your registered address. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
2.3 These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account or use any arenaliveph service. This requirement reflects PAGCOR regulations applicable to online gaming in the Philippines. arenaliveph strictly enforces this requirement and reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time.
3.2 Jurisdictional Restriction. Access to arenaliveph is intended for players physically located in jurisdictions where online gaming is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the arenaliveph Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
3.3 Registration Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, address, and a valid Philippine mobile number and/or email address. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
3.4 Single Account Rule. Each individual may hold only one arenaliveph Account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or using another person's identity — is strictly prohibited. arenaliveph employs technical and manual controls to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.
3.5 Prohibited Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register an arenaliveph Account: minors under 21; employees, contractors, and immediate family members of arenaliveph or its affiliated companies; persons on any applicable exclusion list or self-exclusion register.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your arenaliveph login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any one-time passcode (OTP) with any third party.
4.2 All activity conducted through your arenaliveph Account is your sole responsibility, whether or not authorized by you. arenaliveph will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized Account access due to your failure to maintain credential security.
4.3 You must notify arenaliveph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your Account by contacting support via live chat at arenaliveph.one.
4.4 arenaliveph reserves the right to require Account verification, including KYC documentation, at any stage of the account lifecycle — including at registration, before processing withdrawals, or in response to unusual account activity.
5.1 arenaliveph accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven OTC, Coins.ph, and USDT. Supported payment methods are displayed in the Cashier section of the Platform and may change from time to time.
5.2 Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the point of transaction. arenaliveph reserves the right to apply transaction limits, including enhanced limits for Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance purposes.
5.3 Deposits must be made from payment accounts held in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. arenaliveph will return funds deposited from third-party accounts and may suspend the receiving Account pending investigation.
5.4 arenaliveph does not charge fees for deposits; however, fees imposed by your payment provider are outside arenaliveph's control and are the Player's responsibility.
6.1 Withdrawals from your arenaliveph Account are available to verified Members only. KYC verification requires submission of: (a) a valid government-issued photo ID (Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, or PhilSys ID); and (b) proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot showing your registered GCash name).
6.2 arenaliveph processes withdrawal requests as follows: GCash and Maya — typically within five (5) minutes for fully verified accounts during business hours; bank transfers — within one (1) to two (2) banking hours. Processing times may be extended in cases where additional verification is required.
6.3 Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, consistent with anti-money laundering best practices. arenaliveph reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
6.4 A minimum withdrawal amount applies as displayed in the Cashier. arenaliveph does not charge withdrawal fees for standard transactions.
6.5 arenaliveph reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing in cases of suspected fraud, pending KYC completion, unresolved bonus wagering requirements, or active regulatory investigations.
7.1 arenaliveph may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, cashback, free spins, and other promotional incentives to Members. All promotions are subject to the specific bonus terms communicated at the time of the offer, which form part of these Terms by reference.
7.2 Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods are specified in each promotion's terms. Where general bonus terms conflict with promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail.
7.3 arenaliveph reserves the right to decline or retract any bonus, free bet, or promotional credit if it reasonably believes that the bonus has been claimed in bad faith, through use of multiple accounts, through collusion, or in contravention of these Terms.
7.4 Real Money Balance is utilized before Bonus Balance in all wagers, unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms.
8.1 Bet placement on arenaliveph is subject to minimum and maximum stake limits as displayed for each game or market. arenaliveph reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to any Account at any time without prior notice.
8.2 All bets are final once confirmed by the arenaliveph system. Technical errors on the Player's device or connectivity failures that prevent confirmation do not create a valid bet.
8.3 In the event of a manifest error — including incorrect odds, incorrect game settings, or software malfunction — arenaliveph reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Player accounts. arenaliveph is not liable for any losses arising from manifest errors.
8.4 Game-specific rules for baccarat, blackjack, roulette, sabong, sports betting, slots, bingo, keno, and other games available on arenaliveph are published within each game interface and constitute part of these Terms.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of balances, in addition to any legal remedies available to arenaliveph:
10.1 All content on the arenaliveph Platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, text, video, and data — is the property of arenaliveph or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This license does not include any right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any arenaliveph content.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, arenaliveph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
11.2 arenaliveph's total aggregate liability to any Member arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member to arenaliveph in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 arenaliveph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, and force majeure events are outside arenaliveph's control.
12.1 arenaliveph is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players on the Platform. Members can access responsible gaming tools — including deposit limits, session limits, reality check notifications, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion — from the Account Settings section of the Platform at any time.
12.2 Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for their stated duration. During a self-exclusion period, arenaliveph will use reasonable measures to prevent the excluded Member from accessing the Platform, including closing any attempt to re-register.

13.1 arenaliveph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at any time and without prior notice where: (a) a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed; (b) KYC requirements are not met within a reasonable period; (c) regulatory requirements mandate such action; or (d) the integrity of the Platform or other Members is at risk.
13.2 Members may request Account closure at any time by contacting arenaliveph support. Verified Real Money Balances will be returned to the Member's registered payment method subject to KYC completion. Bonus Balances are forfeited upon Account closure.
arenaliveph may amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via the Platform and/or registered email no less than seven (7) days before taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by applicable law or regulatory direction. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance thereof.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to arenaliveph's customer support for informal resolution. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism or the appropriate Philippine court of competent jurisdiction.
