1.3 This Policy should be read alongside arenaliveph's Terms & Conditions, which govern the overall contractual relationship between you and arenaliveph.

• Consent — for marketing communications and non-essential cookies, where you have provided explicit consent that may be withdrawn at any time

7. Sharing Your Data with Third Parties

7.1 arenaliveph shares personal data only with third parties who have a legitimate role in delivering arenaliveph's services, and only to the extent necessary for that role. All third-party processors are bound by written data processing agreements that require them to maintain confidentiality and data security standards consistent with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

7.2 Categories of third parties who may receive your data include:

• Payment processors — GCash (Mynt), Maya (PayMaya Philippines), BancNet, and other Philippine payment infrastructure providers processing your transactions
• Game providers — certified game studios (e.g., Evolution, JILI, Pragmatic Play) who provide game engines and RNG-certified outcomes
• KYC and fraud prevention service providers — identity verification platforms operating under data processing agreements
• Regulatory authorities — PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the NPC, and law enforcement bodies, where disclosure is required by law or regulatory direction
• Platform infrastructure providers — hosting, CDN, and cloud service providers storing data in facilities with appropriate security certifications

7.3 arenaliveph does not sell, rent, trade, or license your personal data to third-party marketers, data brokers, or any party for commercial purposes unrelated to the operation of the arenaliveph Platform.

8. International Data Transfers

Some arenaliveph service providers and game studios are located outside the Philippines. Where personal data is transferred internationally, arenaliveph implements appropriate safeguards consistent with NPC guidelines on cross-border data transfers, including contractual clauses requiring the recipient to maintain data protection standards at least equivalent to those required by Philippine law.

9. Data Retention

9.1 arenaliveph retains personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in Section 5, subject to the following minimum retention periods mandated by Philippine law:

• KYC documents and AML records: minimum five (5) years from the date of the last transaction, as required by the AMLA and its implementing rules
• Transaction records: minimum five (5) years from the date of each transaction
• Account registration data: for the duration of Account activity plus five (5) years following Account closure
• Support communications: three (3) years from the date of each interaction

9.2 Following the expiry of applicable retention periods, arenaliveph securely destroys or anonymizes personal data such that individuals can no longer be identified from it.

10. Security Measures

arenaliveph implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include:

• AES-256 encryption of personal data stored on arenaliveph servers
• TLS 1.2+ encryption of all data in transit between your device and arenaliveph
• Role-based access controls limiting staff access to personal data on a need-to-know basis

In the event of a personal data breach that poses a real risk of serious harm to affected data subjects, arenaliveph will notify the NPC within 72 hours of becoming aware and will notify affected individuals in accordance with applicable NPC guidelines.

11.1 arenaliveph uses cookies and similar technologies (local storage, session tokens) on the Platform. Cookies are small text files placed on your device that help the Platform function correctly, keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and detect fraud.

arenaliveph's Platform is strictly restricted to persons aged 21 and above under PAGCOR regulations. arenaliveph does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under 21. If arenaliveph discovers that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, the Account will be immediately suspended, all balances will be handled in accordance with PAGCOR requirements, and the personal data will be deleted from active systems.

13. Your Data Subject Rights

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by arenaliveph:

• Right to be informed — to know what personal data arenaliveph holds about you and how it is being processed (this Policy fulfils that obligation)
• Right of access — to request a copy of the personal data arenaliveph holds about you
• Right to rectification — to have inaccurate or incomplete personal data corrected
• Right to erasure or blocking — to request deletion of your personal data where retention is no longer legally required; note that mandatory retention periods (Section 9.1) may limit this right

14. Marketing Communications

arenaliveph may send you promotional emails, SMS messages, or in-platform notifications about bonuses, new games, and platform updates where you have provided consent at registration or subsequently opted in to marketing communications. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time by updating your communication preferences in Account Settings or by contacting support. Withdrawal of marketing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

arenaliveph may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, legal obligations, or Platform features. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via email and/or Platform notification. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this Policy. Continued use of the arenaliveph Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
